How is the idea of CITY STORIES?
This is a project for a museum that is still under construction. The museum is intended to be a place for the people of Bonn to talk to each other. We want to give them the opportunity to talk about what they have in common, what their individual stories are, and how they feel about the way the city is being built. We want to encourage them to be critical, to ask questions, to talk to each other, and to work together.
What is the idea of CITY STORIES?
In order for the museum to work, we need your help. We are asking you to talk to each other in a place where everyone can listen. The stories will be recorded and saved in a special database. You will be able to listen to the stories of other people in the future.
How can I participate?
We are asking you to tell a story about a place in Bonn, about the way the city is being built, and about the people who live there. The stories can be about anything. You can talk about a place that is important to you, your family, or your friends.
What do I have to do?
You will need to download the free CITY STORIES app on your smartphone or tablet. You will be able to listen to the stories of other people. You will have the opportunity to talk to each other.
